She represented England, at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and won a silver medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the 400 metres freestyle.

1995

She won a bronze medal in the 4×200-metre freestyle relay at the 1995 European Aquatics Championships.

1996

Her team finished 10th in the same event at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
