Developed a remake of the James Dean and Natalie Wood serial General Electric Theater: I'm a Fool (1954) with the hope that his 13th Grade (2005) director JJ Garvine would direct.

1970

In a radio interview, told a story about when he worked on All My Children (1970) he would try to make star Susan Lucci laugh every day. He joked that it never worked.

1989

His father Michael Carr, a high school principal was an extra in Dead Poets Society (1989). Years later Tim appeared in a Pepsi commercial parody of Dead Poets Society (1989) directed by Kinka Usher.

1997

Interned at a casting agency which led to Tim being a "go for" for NBC's canceled soap Sunset Beach (1997), and feature film Kimberly (1999).

While filming Killer Instinct (2001) he got a large bruise on his nose during a mishap in the special effects studio. The bruise was covered except in the photo at the end of the film where it can be seen clearly.
