Following the success of his 2022 songs, on March 23, 2023, Ddot signed a recording deal with Priority Records.

He then released his debut single under the label titled "Let Ha Go".

The song's music video was released on April 30, 2023.

He also released the song "3AM in the Yams", which featured the American rapper Luh Tyler, and samples Drake and Nicki Minaj.

In 2023, Canadian rapper Drake co-signed him.

He gained recognition with the single "Temperature", which received favourable critical acclaim.

He also released the song "Everybody Shot".
