Stepan Ivanovych Kubiv (Степан Іванович Кубів; born 19 March 1962) is a Ukrainian politician who was a former First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and simultaneously Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine from April 2016 to August 2019.

He is also a former acting chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.
