Sidssy Paolin Luz María Uribe Vásquez, also known as Sidssy Uribe, is a plastic artist and a human rights activist.

Sidssy Uribe Vásquez was born into a large middle-class family, the eldest daughter of the Union of Manuel Guillermo Uribe Zuluaga and Nohora Stella Vásquez Beltrán out of six siblings.
She completed his first studies in various schools including Betlemitas, Boyacá and La Salle at Pereira, due to her father's work, completing her bachelorship in a semester - long study center Compuestudio in the municipality of Itagüí - Antioquia.
In 2018, she began her architecture career at the Catholic University of Pereira, after living in the city of Cali for the previous two years, however, she only attended one semester due to economic problems.
Since 2018 she is an activist for the justice administration in Colombia, in special about Lucas Villa Murder, criticizing the fastnes which Office of the Attorney General of Colombia work in celebrities cases but the slowness in normal people cases, specially when the murder was complaining for the human righst defense, indeed achieving the help of another artists as Residente.
Also she promote the social dialog between the state and the armed groups in order to collaborate with it to solve the judicial cases, but doesn't support the impunity.
Sidssy, had made this kind of proposals to the National Govermente of Gustavo Petro, which is studying them.
She was invited to the Colombian Congress to expose her complaints against the former Defense Minister Diego Molano Aponte.
There, she argued that the minister's omissions in terms of security and his lack of legitimacy after validating the bombing of minors, qualifying them as war machines, was reason enough to relieve him of his burden.
Likewise, he demanded that the Senate take urgent measures on that horizon.
