Hagimura was born in Mie Prefecture on July 31, 1976.

1995

In April 1995, when Hagimura was a student at the University of Tsukuba, he was selected by the Japan U-20 national team for 1995 World Youth Championship.

He played one match against Chile.

1997

After he dropped out of the University of Tsukuba, he joined Kashiwa Reysol in 1997.

In his first season, he played as a centre-back and became a regular in the line-up.

1999

He won his first championship, when the club won the 1999 J.League Cup.

2000

In 2000, he played as a defensive midfielder as well as a centre back.

2001

However, his opportunity to play decreased from 2001.
