Seth Robert Aframe (born 1974) is an American lawyer from New Hampshire who is the designate to serve as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

1996

Aframe received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Tufts University in 1996 and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999.

1999

From 1999 to 2000, he served as a law clerk to Justice Judith Cowin on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

2000

From 2000 to 2003, Aframe was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston.

2003

From 2003 to 2007, he served as a law clerk for Judge Jeffrey R. Howard on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

2007

Since 2007, he has served as an assistant United States attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire, where he has served as chief of the appellate division since 2010 and chief of the criminal division since 2023.
