He attended and played high school football at Stroudsburg High School in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, which competes in the highly-regarded Eastern Pennsylvania Conference, one of the premiere high school athletic conferences in the nation.
Joseph-Day attended and played college football for Rutgers University from 2013 to 2017 under head coaches Kyle Flood and Chris Ash.
