Ruben Wagensberg Ramon (Barcelona, 1986) is a Catalan activist, teacher, politician and music producer.

2017

He is the promoter and spokesperson of the "Casa nostra, casa vostra" campaign, which culminated in the Volem acollir protest, demonstration held on February 18, 2017, in Barcelona and which gathered 500,000 people according to the organization and 160,000 according to the Urban Guard.

He is an also a professor and founder of the record label The Indian Runners.

In the 2017 Catalan Parliamentary elections he was elected as a deputy with the list of Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya.

He has been member of the Board of the Parliament of Catalonia, elected on 12 March 2021.

In February 2024, the Supreme Court of Spain opened a criminal case for the crime of terrorism against Carles Puigdemont and Ruben Wagensberg for the events attributed to Democratic Tsunami based on a dozen rulings on street terrorism that consolidate the doctrine on this crime.

At the end of January, Wagensberg went into exile in Switzerland in view of the judicial persecution of Judge Manuel García-Castellón of the National Court.
