2006

In 2006, he was named Second-team All-Conference USA.

2007

He played in the 2007 GMAC Bowl, when he forced a fumble in the win over Ohio.

2008

He was selected by the New York Giants in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL Draft.

He played college football at Southern Mississippi.

Henderson has also been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks.

He was a three-year letterwinner at Ponchatoula High School.

He recorded 77 solo tackles, 43 assists, three sacks, four hurries, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and one interception.

As a running back, he finished with 41 carries, 342 yards and scored four touchdowns with a long carry of 77 yards.

He was a First-team All-State and First-team All-District and also lettered in basketball.
