Robert James Shuter (aka "Naughty But Nice Rob"), born on July 16, 1973, in Birmingham, United Kingdom, is a journalist, gossip columnist, magazine editor, talk-show host, and author.
also obtained an exclusive interview with Britney Spears after the pop princess endured a series of public displays of her personal struggles from late 2006 - 2008, including multiple run-ins with the paparazzi including the infamous umbrella incident.
In 2007, Shuter became the Executive Editor of the American edition of OK! Magazine.
