Leslie Amenia Meek (born May 9, 1965) is an American lawyer who has served as an associate judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia since 2023.

1987

Meek received her Bachelor of Arts from Fisk University in 1987 and her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990.

Meek began her career working in the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.

1992

Meek served as an assistant city attorney for Miami, and from 1992 to 1994, she worked as an assistant general counsel for the Florida Comptroller.

1995

From 1995 to 2003, she served as assistant general counsel and then general counsel for the United Teachers of Dade in Miami.

2006

She previously served as an administrative law judge from 2006 to 2023.

From 2006 to 2014, Meek served as an administrative law judge and appellate administrative law judge with the administrative hearings division of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services.

2014

From 2014 to 2023, she served as an administrative law judge with the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings.

On December 15, 2021, President Joe Biden nominated Meek to serve as a Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
