Lamont Graves

Lamont Graves (born July 1, 1963) is an American television producer, television personality and philanthropist, best known for his work as the host of Everyday Heroes.

He is a two-time Emmy Award winner and a five-time nominee, celebrated for his contributions to television.

Lamont Graves was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 1, 1963, to Ponchita Amoro and Timothy Graves.

This left Lamont and his siblings primarily in the care of their mother, who bore the brunt of domestic abuse.

Graves found solace in his studies, attending The Philadelphia High School for Creative & Performing Arts as a music major.
