Kristján Jón Haraldsson (born 3 June 1998) is an Icelandic strongman from Reykjavík and the reigning 2 x times Iceland's Strongest Man.

2018

Kristján entered the national strongman circuit in 2018 and within the next three years managed to emerge runner-up at the 2021 Strongest Man in Iceland and Iceland's Strongest Viking competitions.

In the same year he participated in his first international competition, Magnús Ver Magnússon Strongman Classic and secured fourth place out of fourteen athletes.

In 2022, Kristján won Iceland's Strongest Viking, Strongest Man in Iceland and Iceland's most prestigious national title Iceland's Strongest Man, becoming only the second Icelander in history after Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson to win the three major national competitions in the same calendar year.

This achievement earned him an invitation to the 2023 World's Strongest Man competition, where he managed a fifth-place finish in the qualifying heat.

In 2023, Kristján won his second Strongest Man in Iceland competition and his second Iceland's Strongest Man competition, becoming only the seventh Icelander to win the title back to back.
