Barretto began her career as a child actress and made her sceeen debut in Gulong ng Palad (2006).

2007

After playing several supporting roles in television, she gained fame as Anna in the fantasy series Kokey (2007) and appeared as Pamela Kiev in the action drama series Palos the following year.

She also appeared in numerous episodes of the anthologies Wansapanataym and Maalaala Mo Kaya in the succeeding years.
