Ibrahim Sani (born 9 July 1984) is the CEO of Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra.
He was previously an investment banker with CIMB.
Prior to that, he was an Executive Editor with Astro Awani.
Ibrahim Sani received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the
International Islamic University Malaysia.
In 2015, Ibrahim interviewed the CEO of 1MDB, Arul Kanda Kandasamy at the Business Radio Station BFM 89.9, where Arul refuted all allegations levelled against the state-owned enterprise, including tempering with the audit reports of 1MDB.
Arul Kanda alleged that 'people refused to listen to 1MDB's point of view as the people find the facts 'boring'.
However, this denial has been proven untrue in the courts, as the 1MDB case continues to be heard in the court of law.
Ibrahim's mainstay in broadcast is usually interviewing business leaders of Malaysia, such as with PETRONAS", and Principal Financial Group, or with Telekom Malaysia, and also with Sime Darby Property.
