Heather Lowe

President of Oxford Group Productions, Lowe is a recognized producer and entrepreneur who brings a unique blend of experience and leadership to artistic programming and the projects, in international film production, Network and Cable television movies and the Theatre. Represented by ICM, one of Hollywood's most influential talent agencies, Lowe began her career in the film industry as a professional actor, studying at the American Academy, later with Stella Adler and ultimately accepted into The Actors Studio. As a theatrical producer, Lowe has produced numerous well-received national shows. The distinguished production of "Down Winder Dance" starring Sara Gilbert, entails the 1950s Atom Bomb testing in Utah and its effect on the farmers and livestock living down wind of the nuclear blasts.

Lowe produced the highly acclaimed, The Avenging Angel (1995) starring Tom Berenger, Charlton Heston and James Coburn. Having produced the film for Turner Pictures with worldwide release. With formation of Turner's new production company, Ms. Lowe looks forward to re-teaming on future productions. Lowe and Police Detective Tom Lange have recently joined forces on "Out For Justice", a new television series profiling Lange's successful career in Los Angles law enforcement's high profile cases. Lowe's vital role to the company's overall media ventures involves acquisition, development, financing, and distribution of properties by working with Hollywood's most qualified and talented personnel, providing a sound basis for the a creative slate of properties with merit.  The focus of Oxford Group Productions is on quality and diversity, in providing entertainment, which audiences desire to see, resulting ultimately in a memorable experience. The company has a numerous slate of projects, including "One Night In 67", a feature film documentary involving an in-house studio recording session that would be the prelude to one of the most notorious events of all time.

Finally in 1997, the United States government accepted partial responsibility for the terrible aftermath on the citizens of Utah. However, ironically, most of the victims with cases against the government are now deceased.

In July 2004, she and her husband, Andrew Prine, appeared as guests at the Western Film Fair in Charlotte, North Carolina with Stella Stevens, Jeremy Slate, Sonny Shroyer and Lane Bradbury.
