Hanuman Beniwal (born 2 March 1972) is an Indian politician and farmer leader, serving as the member of the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Khinvsar.

Beniwal was born on 2 March 1972 to Ramdeo Beniwal and Mohini Devi in Barangaon village of Nagaur district in Rajasthan.

1993

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rajasthan University in 1993.

1998

He did L.L.B. in 1998.

His younger brother Narayan Beniwal, is also a politician.

2008

In 2008 he was a BJP candidate and defeated his rival BSP candidate by 24,443 votes.

2009

He married Kanika Beniwal on 9 December 2009, with whom he has a son and a daughter.

Beniwal is a follower and disciple of the Rajasthani folk hero-deity Veer Teja.

2013

Beniwal was suspended from the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) in 2013 after his accusations on party members of having connection with the leaders of the rival Indian National Congress.

In 2013 he was an Independent candidate and defeated his rival BJP candidate by 23,020 votes.

2018

He successfully organised five Kisan Hunkar Maha Rallies in Nagaur, Barmer, Bikaner, Sikar, Jaipur and launched a political party called Rashtriya Loktantrik Party with an election symbol of "Bottle" in Jaipur on 29 October 2018.

Beniwal won his assembly seat third time as a candidate of his own party RLP.

On 29 October 2018, Beniwal founded the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party, becoming its president and national convenor in the process.

This made him one of the most influential politicians of Rajasthan since Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) is the only successful party in the state besides Indian National Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party.

2019

He is also a former member of parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha from Nagaur since 2019.

He is the founder, president and national convenor of the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party.

In 2019 Lok Sabha election, Beniwal won from Nagaur constituency seat in alliance with BJP.

In 2023, Beniwal won Rajasthan Assembly Elections by defeating BJP's Rewant Ram with a margin of 2059 votes.

Beniwal secured his seat in Rajasthan assembly for fourth time.

2020

In 2020, Beniwal joined the protest in Delhi against the farmer bills, calling it 'Anti-Farmers'.

He went on to say that if he had been present in the Lok Sabha, he would have torn up the farm bills.
