She is better known for her food-focused television shows and her approach to health and weight loss.
In June 2007 Keatley co-founded and was CEO of Nourishing USA.
She spent five years as director of nutrition and culinary arts combating obesity and diabetes in food deserts in New York City.
She was nutrition consultant for several partnership organizations including The New York Yankees, where she designed an outreach childhood weight management and wellness program.
