He made his Serie A debut for U.S. Città di Palermo on December 18, 2005 in a game against A.S. Livorno Calcio when he came on as a substitute in the 80th minute for Franco Brienza. He played for Palermo's youth team for the next 3 seasons before being traded to Celano F.C. Olimpia.
