He made his first appearance on the bench for the main squad of Geona on 20 April 2016 in a Serie A game against Inter.
On 9 July 2016, Corsinelli was signed by Serie C club Pontedera on a 2-season loan deal.
On 31 July he made his professional debut in a 3–1 away defeat against Foggia in the first round of Coppa Italia, he played the entire match.
