Fenwick grew up in Bradenton, Florida and attended Braden River High School.
In Fenwick's high school career he rushed for 2,786 yards and 29 touchdowns, while also hauling in 28 receptions for 538 yards and seven touchdowns.
Fenwick would decide to commit to play college football at the University of South Carolina over other schools such as Boston College, Georgia, and Kentucky.
Fenwick had an outstanding collegiate debut as he rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown, as he helped the Gamecocks beat Chattanooga.
Fenwick finished the 2018 season with 115 yards and a touchdown over a span of two games.
In week ten of the 2019 season, Fenwick had another great performance rushing for 102 yards in a win over Vanderbilt.
