Daniel Caspary (born 4 April 1976) is a German politician who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) since 2004.
He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), part of the European People's Party (EPP).

Between 1999 and 2002, Caspary was deputy-chairman of the Junge Union (JU) Baden-Württemberg, the youth organization of the Christian Democratic Union.

From 2001 until 2008 he served as district chairman of the Junge Union in Nordbaden.
