He played college football at South Dakota State University.
He was a contestant on The Bachelorette.
Witzmann signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 16, 2014.
He was placed on injured reserve on August 2, 2014.
On September 1, 2015, Witzmann was waived by the Texans.
