Carter Bins (born October 7, 1998) is an American professional baseball catcher in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.

Bins attended Angelo Rodriguez High School in Fairfield, California.

He hit .313/.427/.447 with 9 RBIs in 67 at-bats in his senior year.
