Alex Rosaria, leader of the Partido pa Adelanto I Inovashon Soshal, called the issue "a Dark Cloud over the Whiteman cabinet".

The leader of the PAR, Zita Jesus-Leito, asked for the voluntary resignation or Wiels or else her dismissal by Whiteman.
