His sister was already a classical pianist in her childhood and he began learning to play the violin at the age of 6.

He studied classical violin until the age of 18 with different teachers and played the violin in the Young Philharmonic Orchestra.

As part of his preparation for service in the IDF, Glossman took the military band exam as a bassist and at the same time was tested as a violinist to receive outstanding classical musician status.

He didn't pass the exam as a bassist and was accepted as a violinist, but despite this, after enlisting he was accepted into a military band and served as a bassist throughout the service, during which he partially abandoned the violin.

After his release from the IDF, Glossman began playing in Ephraim Shamir's band and before long began working with many artists, first with veteran musicians such as Shlomo Gronich and Shlomo Yadov and later with Idan Raichel, Amir Dadon, Idan Habib and Mercedes Band.
