Tuzar Skipper (born June 5, 1995) is an American football outside linebacker for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL).
He played college football at the University of Toledo.
Skipper played college football for Monroe College from 2014 to 2015 and for Toledo from 2016 to 2018.
In 2014 and 2015, he was named to the All-NEFC second-team.
In 2018, he was named to the All-MAC third-team.
Skipper was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2019.
After making the Steelers initial 53-man roster, Skipper was waived prior to Week 1 on September 7, 2019.
On September 9, 2019, Skipper was claimed off waivers by the New York Giants.
He was waived on October 22, 2019, and re-signed to the practice squad.
On November 19, 2019, Skipper was re-signed by the Steelers off the Giants practice squad.
On December 30, Skipper was re-signed by the Steelers to a two-year contract.
