2012

He was the Secretary-General of the Kuomintang from 2012 to 2014.

Tseng graduated from Feng Chia University.

Tseng was appointed to be the Secretary-General of Kuomintang on 27 September 2012.

He replaced Lin Join-sane from the position because of Lin's appointment to be the Chairman of Straits Exchange Foundation.

Tseng vowed to work hard for the party's success in the 2014 seven-in-one local elections.
