He is the current manager of J3 League club Omiya Ardija.

1968

Nagasawa was born in Osaka Prefecture on May 28, 1968, but was raised in Matsuyama.

1991

After graduating from the University of Tsukuba, he joined Yamaha Motors (later Júbilo Iwata) in 1991.

He played as a midfielder and right-back.

1993

In 1993, the club finished in 2nd place and was promoted to J1 League.

1994

However, his opportunity to play decreased in 1994.

1995

In 1995, he moved to Japan Football League club Honda.

1996

He became a regular in the line-up and played many matches until 1996.

1997

In 1997, he did not make any appearances for the club and he retired at the end of the season.

1998

After retirement, Nagasawa started his coaching career at Honda in 1998.

2001
