Steven R. Schuh (born July 25, 1960) is a former County Executive of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, serving two terms in the Maryland General Assembly representing District 31 (Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park, Severna Park, and Millersville).
Schuh was a member of the House Economic Matters Committee and the House Appropriations Committee (2007-2011) and serves as Chairman of the Anne Arundel County Delegation to the House of Delegates (2013-2014).
Beginning in 2018, Schuh served as the Executive Director for the State of Maryland's Opioid Operational Command Center before assuming the role of Deputy Secretary for Health Care Financing and Medicaid in 2021.
Schuh also played an instrumental role in the State's response to the pandemic serving as Section Chief for the Governor's COVID-19 Task Force.
Schuh is a graduate of Severn School and grew up in Crofton, Maryland, in Anne Arundel County.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Dartmouth College.
Schuh holds two Master's degrees – a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Education from Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively.
He is also a graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel's Flagship Program.

He is President of Schuh Advisory, a private equity firm that specializes in starting new businesses.
