Rudi Fink (born 6 June 1958) is a retired boxer, who won the gold medal in the featherweight division (−57 kg) for East Germany at the 1980 Summer Olympics.

Fink took up boxing at the age of nine.

He won the national title in 1977, 1979 and 1980, placing second in 1978.

In 1980 he won the Olympic gold medal and was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver.
