Roy Iddan (רועי עידן; born on March 11, 1978) is an Israeli screenwriter and television actor.

2005

In 2005, he graduated with honors in Animation from "Bezalel" and in 2007 received a Master's degree in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.

He served for several years as a lecturer in storyboard and animation direction at Sapir College and Shenkar College.

Iddan is a screenwriter, actor, and presenter.

Formerly a board member of the Israeli Screenwriters Guild.

2009

He also served as the lead designer on the series "DJ & the Fro," which aired on MTV United States in 2009.

He presented a satire segment called "Introduction to Economics with Roy Idan" on the show "Hayom SheHaya" hosted by Guy Zohar.

2013

He created and wrote several Israeli TV series, including the youth series "Kfula" starring Noa Kirel, Shalom Asayag, and Ofer Shechter; "Crime Animals" starring Maor Cohen, Gal Zaid, and Yuval Semo; "Punch" starring Tzachi Grad, and Dar Zuzovsky; and "Lost in Asia" starring Rotem Sela, Idan Rafael Haviv, Maayan Bloom, and Tzachi Grad, which won the Israeli Academy Award for Best Mini Drama Series for 2013.

Iddan is also the creator of the comedy series "It's Not the Age" starring Miri Mesika, Rami Heuberger, and Rivka Michaeli, and wrote the series in collaboration with the screenwriter Raz Yosef.

In 2013, he managed the "Ale Yarok - The Liberal List" campaign and was even placed on the list that ran for the Knesset, and in 2015 served as the screenwriter for the Likud campaign in the elections held that year.

In 2016, he wrote the screenplay for the film "Four by Four," directed by Shai Kanot and starring Oshri Cohen, Oz Zehavi, Eliana Tidhar, and Shlomi Koriat.
