Romal Jordan Palmer (born 30 September 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for League of Ireland Premier Division club St Patrick's Athletic, on loan from Göztepe.
Palmer was born and raised in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
After a decade with Manchester City's academy, he was released in 2016, and joined Barnsley.
He signed an 18-month professional contract with Barnsley in January 2017.
In July 2018, he signed a one-year contract extension with Barnsley.
On 21 December 2018, Palmer joined National League North club Darlington on a one-month loan.
On 23 January 2019, Palmer's loan at Darlington was extended until the end of the seasons.
