Appeared with his identical twin Billy Mauch in the "Penrod" film series of the late 1930s.

1935

Their mother taught the boys how to dance when they were only 3. Following singing and acting appearances on radio, she took them to Hollywood in 1935.

1937

He was an editor and actor, known for The Prince and the Pauper (1937), Warner Brothers Presents (1955) and Dragnet (1951). He was married to Georgia "Gigi" Shattuck Culhane.

1943

He and his twin appeared together in "Winged Victory," a 1943 Broadway show that served as a war-time morale booster.

1950

Left his acting career to become a film editor where he worked for some years on the Jack Webb "Dragnet" series of the 1950s.

2005

Lived in California where he also wrote a piece for Sybil Jason's upcoming book "My Fifteen Minutes," scheduled for release in January of 2005.
