Rhonda Windham (born 1964) is a former WNBA general manager of the Los Angeles Sparks from 1997 to 1999.

Windham competed in gymnastics and basketball as a child before focusing on basketball in secondary school.
After playing in various parts of New York City, Windham went to the University of Southern California in the early 1980s to study communication.
Before joining the Sparks, Windham played basketball at the University of Southern California between 1983 and 1987.
