Paulo Alexandre Baptista Teixeira De Morais (born 22 December 1963, in Viana do Castelo) is a Portuguese professor and politician.
He is the vice-president of the national chapter of the NGO Transparency International.
Still spent by the business sector and was deputy mayor of Porto, from 2002 to 2005 and was responsible for the portfolios of Planning, Housing and Social Action.
He then returned to teaching and its always fighting for the denunciation of corruption mechanisms in Portugal.
He is a professor at Portucalense University and researcher at InescPorto.
Integrated working group to review the perceptions of Corruption Index, conducted by Transparency International.
It was expert in the Economic and Social Committee.
It is the Council of Europe expert in international missions on good public governance, anti-corruption and money laundering.
He is Chairman of the General Meeting Portugal-Mozambique Association.
