Nikolaos "Nikos" Gkikas (alternate spelling: Gikas) (Greek: Νικόλαος "Νίκος" Γκίκας; born November 22, 1990) is a Greek professional basketball player for Panionios of the Greek A2 Basket League.
He is a 6'1 1⁄4" (1.86 m) tall point guard.
After playing basketball at the Greek amateur and minor league levels with Filathlitikos, from 2008 to 2012, Gkikas started his pro career in 2012, with Filathlitikos in the Greek 2nd Division.
During the 2012–13 season, Gkikas almost gained a league promotion with Filathlitikos, but at the end of the season, the club finished in 3rd place in the Greek 2nd Division, just missing the league promotion to the Greek 1st Division.
Gkikas moved to the Greek 1st Division club Aris, in 2013.
During the two years he played at Aris, his numbers dropped, due to the limited playing time he had with the club.
With Ventspils, he led the 2014–15 Baltic Baltic League in assists per game, and was one of the key players of the team.
On 15 January 2015, after leaving Aris, Gkikas signed with the Baltic League club Ventspils.
He spent the 2015–16 season with the Greek club Nea Kifissia.
On July 17, 2016, Gkikas signed a two-year deal with the Greek club Promitheas Patras.
On June 19, 2017, after being one of the best players of Promitheas in the 2016–17 season, he renewed his contract with the club for two more years.
He then became the team captain.
Gkikas became a member of the senior men's Greek national basketball team in 2017.
On July 4, 2019, Gkikas signed a three-year contract with AEK Athens.
He played at the 2019 FIBA European World Cup qualification.

On June 30, 2023, Gkikas signed with Panionios in order to lead the club in its return to the professional divisions.
