Marie-Laure Salles-Djelic (born in 1956 in Villeneuve-sur-Lot) is a French sociologist of organizations, a university professor and a university administrator.

1996

Salles obtained a PhD in sociology from Harvard University in 1996.

She was professor of business at the ESSEC Business School where she taught organization theory.

2000

In 2000, the American Sociological Association awarded her the Max Weber Award for Distinguished Scholarship.
