Marat Shakirzyanovich Khusnullin (born 9 August 1966) is a Russian Tatar politician serving as Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Construction and Regional Development since 2020.
Marat was born in 1966 in Kazan, in what was then the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the Soviet Union.
In 1990 he graduated from Kazan State Finance and Economics Institute with a degree economics.
