Lauren Winfield-Hill (Winfield; born 16 August 1990) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Yorkshire, Northern Diamonds, Oval Invincibles, Perth Scorchers, Queensland and England.
She plays as a right-handed batter and occasional wicket-keeper.
She made her international debut in 2013, and was part of the England team that won the 2017 World Cup.
She has previously played for Northern Superchargers in The Hundred and Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash.
In the summer of 2014 she appeared 5 times in various games including the one against South Africa.
She is the holder of one of the first tranche of 18 ECB central contracts for women players, which were announced in April 2014.
Winfield was a member of the winning women's team at the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup held in England.
In October 2018, she was named in England's squad for the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies.
