Khasan Akhmedovich Magomedsharipov (Хасан Ахмедович Магомедшарипов; born 6 October 2000) is a Russian mixed martial artist who currently competes in the featherweight division in Bellator MMA Khasan is the younger brother of former mixed martial artist fighter Zabit Magomedsharipov At the age of 15 years, he won gold medal in European Junior Championship in Wushu Sanda in 2016.

As of September 26, 2023, he is #10 in the Bellator Featherweight Rankings.

Khasan was born in Saratov, Saratov Oblast, Russia, on October 6, 2000, of Akhvakh ethnicity.

He is the younger brother former UFC fighter Zabit Magomedsharipov.

As a child, he was a street Hooligan, that resulted him getting multiple scars on his head, wrists and his elbow which he still has to this day.

In order to discipline their child, his parents enrolled Khasan at "Five Directions of the World" Martial Arts Boarding School, where his brother Zabit and Muslim Salikhov was also alumni of.

After he graduated from middle school, he became full-time combat athlete, from the age of 16 to 17 years.

At the age of 17, Khasan came under the guidance of the MMA coach Mark Henry.

Khasan was allowed early to train with notable fighters like Eddie Alvarez, Edson Barboza, Frankie Edgar & Marlon Moraes.

His BJJ coach is Ricardo Almeida.

His coach Mark Henry at one point, planned to enter Khasan at Diamond Gloves boxing tournament.

Khasan and his brother Zabit were one of the main sparring partners for Frankie Edgar, during the fight camp preparation against Max Holloway and Jose Aldo.

Back in Dagestan, and recently, he has been training with fighters of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov School/Eagles MMA.

2019

On December 6, 2019, Khasan made his pro MMA debut against Azeri fighter Amil Nasirov on GFC 21 as a featherweight.

He won this fight via anaconda choke on round 1.

A few days later, on December 25 of the same year, Khasan was faced the experienced Kyrgyz fighter Edil Esenkulov, at a lightweight.

He defeated Esenkulov via unanimous decision on judges scorecard.

2020

Next year, Khasan was booked against Georgian-born Russian fighter Timur Akaba in co-promotion between Fights Night Global and Gorilla Fighting Championship, held in memory of Khabib's late-father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, on September 9, 2020.

Khasan summitted Akaba via rear-naked choke on round one of the fight.

A few weeks later on September 26, 2020, Khasan faced fellow Dagestani fighter Dibir Amirmagomedov at Kaganat Fighting League 2.

He submitted Amirmagomedov via rare twister submissions on the very first round of the fight.

In December 25 of the same year, Khasan was set to fight against fellow Russian fighter Mikhail Tarkhanov at Fight Night 99 event.

He defeated Tarkhanov via TKO in round one.

On July 31, 2021, Khasan made his debut for US-based promotion Bellator against Jonathan Quiroz at Bellator 263- Pitbull vs Mckee event.

He TKO'd Quiroz in the round two of the fight.

Almost a year later, on February 25, 2022, Khasan second fight for Bellator came against the Spaniard Jose Sanchez, at Bellator 275- Mousasi vs Vanderford event.

He defeated Sanchez via unanimous decision.

Exactly an year later, at February 25, 2023, Khasan shared octagon with the Brazilian fighter Rafael Hudson, at Bellator 291- Amosov vs Storley 2 event.

He TKO'd the Brazilian on round number one of the fight.

Khasan was scheduled to fight the Welsh fighter Martin McDonough, on the undercard of Bellator 299 - Eblen vs. Edwards.

However on September 10, 2023, it was reported that McDonough was replaced with former Babilon MMA lightweight champion, Piotr Niedzielski of Poland.

During the day of weigh in Niedzielski missed weight by 2.8-pounds.

As a result, the Pole was fined a percentage of his fight purse.

Khasan submitted Niedzielski via arm-triangle choke, after a successful takedown, on the 3:58 minutes of the second round of the fight.
