Kaitlyn Parcell (born September 9, 1997) is an American soccer player who plays for MSV Duisburg in the German Premier-League Women's Bundesliga.

Born in Spring Lake, New Jersey to parents Karen and Don Parcell, though moved to Pacific Palisades, California at age 5.

Kaitlyn attended Canyon Elementary School in Santa Monica Canyon, Corpus Christi Middle School in Pacific Palisades and Palisades Charter High School (Pali High) in Pacific Palisades.

She played multiple sports in Middle School (cross-country, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track) and as a Freshman at Pali High was on Varsity for cross-country, soccer and lacrosse, before concentrating exclusively on soccer her sophomore through senior years.

Named captain of the Pali High soccer team her junior and seniors years, and the only Pali soccer player (girls or boys) to have both 50 Career Goals and 50 Career Assists, Kaitlyn was named First Team All-City her senior season.

Parcell also competed for local soccer clubs LA Breakers FC (formerly Westside Breakers), LA Galaxy South Bay (formerly South Bay Force) and Real SoCal (formerly SoCal United).

With another year of eligibility available to her, in January of 2020 she entered the NCAA Portal and looked to play another season while starting to earn a masters degree.

In February 2020 she agreed to attend Georgetown University as a graduate transfer to play her final season of NCAA Soccer.

Kaitlyn started at Georgetown academically during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Summer of 2020.
