He has competed in FIS Cross-Country World Cup since 2011.

2013

His best result was at the Tour de Ski is third place in season 2013–14, but he was disqualified after he admitted to have been using Erythropoietin (EPO).

2014

During the 2014 Winter Olympics Dürr finished eight in the skiathlon.

He went home to Austria to train for the 50 km run but tested positive for EPO just days before the race.
