Xavius Michael Smith (born March 10, 2002), known professionally as Gensowise, is an American rapper.

Xavius Michael Smith was born on March 10, 2002 in Live Oak, TX part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area.

He was raised by his mother Crystal Smith and grandparents in a single family home.

He graduated from an early learning academy for mathematics and credit recovery Judson Learning Academy (JLA).

Smith's early years were shaped by the supportive environment of his mother and grandparents in a close-knit family setting.

Growing up in the southeastern region of San Antonio, he developed a passion for music at a young age, drawn to music production and hip-hop.

He took the scene in the year 2017 releasing hit songs like “Hereditary “ that took online by storm and over social media.

He is also the Founder and Creative Director for New Gen Music & NGM Studios located in San Antonio, TX.

In 2017, Smith expanded his creative endeavors beyond music, establishing himself as a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur.

In addition to his burgeoning music career, Smith assumed the role of Founder and Creative Director for New Gen Music & NGM Studios, situated in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas.
