Composer, songwriter ("Sealed With a Kiss"), author, publisher and producer, educated at New York University (BS degree) and Juilliard. He co-founded Geld-Udell Music Corporation in 1959, and Geld-Udell Productions in 1962. He was a writer and producer for Connie Francis, Brian Hyland, Jackie Wilson, Gene Pitney, and Skeeter Davis.
