Franziska Kett (born 24 October 2004) is a German football player who plays as a forward for Bayern Munich since 2020.

Kett began playing football in the Edenstetten district within the municipality of Bernried in the Lower Bavarian district of Deggendorf at FC Edenstetten, which was based there.

2017

Kett was a player in the Bavarian Football Association’s select team in the competition for the national cup in their age groups U14, U16 and U18 from 2017 to 2019 in a total of 14 games, in which she scored six goals; her first on her debut on May 25, 2017, in Duisburg in a 1–1 draw against the national team of the Westphalia Football and Athletics Association, scoring the final score in the 18th minute.

Kett made her international debut for the U15 national team, which lost the international friendly against the United States U15 national team 6–1 on November 3, 2017, in Wetzlar; she scored her first international goal with the goal to make it 1:3 in the 27th minute.

2018

Until December 5, 2018, in the 2–1 victory against the Belgium U15 national team in Tubize, she made eight appearances in this age group, in which she scored seven goals.

Two years later, she was used in two international matches by the U17 national team.

2020

She later belonged to SpVgg Grün-Weiß Deggendorf up to the U15 age group before she was signed by FC Bayern Munich for the 2020/21 season for their U17 youth team.

Before she was promoted to the second team in the following season, she played for them on June 6, 2021 (matchday 18) in the 2–1 defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt II; on the last day of the pre-season, she came in for Annika Wohner in the 77th minute.

In the 2021/22 season she already played 15 league games in which she scored six goals; she scored her first on September 26, 2021 (matchday 5) in a 4–1 win in the home game against the second team of VfL Wolfsburg with the goal to make it 1–0 in the 22nd minute.

In March 2022 she signed her first professional contract with FC Bayern Munich.

She made her Bundesliga debut – for the first team – on 25 September 2022 (matchday 2) in a 3–0 win in the home game against Werder Bremen, substituting for Carolin Simon in the 84th minute.

She also made her debut on 29 September 2022 in the second leg of the second qualifying round to participate in the 2022/23 UEFA Women's Champions League competition in a 3–1 win over Real Sociedad San Sebastián at home at FC Bayern Campus, substituting for Linda Dallmann in the 86th minute.

She scored her first Bundesliga goal on October 30, 2022 (matchday 6) in a 3–1 win in the home game against SV Meppen, scoring the final score in the 82nd minute.

Her first was lost 3–1 to Spain U17 national team on January 16, 2020, in Salou, her second 4–3 to France U17 national team on February 19, 2020, in Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines.

This venue also hosted their debut for the U19 national team on June 21, 2022, which was won by beating France U19 national team 4–1.

In addition, she played all three games in Group B in the tournament for the U19 European Championships and then retired with her team from the tournament.

The 18-year-old attacking player sustained a shoulder injury in the DFB U19 international match against Norway in April 2023.

Unfortunately, this meant the end of the season (2022/23) for the young FCB talent.
