Erica Arrias

Erica Arrias was born on June 9, 1978 as Erica Lynn Plano.

Erica Plano Arrias has been a stunt performer and a dancer with many desirable skills. In addition to her more than fifteen years in various styles of dance training, she has also been a boxer, a martial artist a precision driver, a performer, teacher, choreographer, fitness instructor and stunt woman. Erica trained under Simon Rhee, a well respected stunt man and world renowned martial artist. Her skills include, but are not limited to, modern, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and Aftro-Caribbean styles of dance, fighting for film, ground pounding, low falls, precision driving, horseback riding, ratchets, squibs, and wire work. Not only has her work been displayed throughout southern California and beyond, her choreography has been showcased as far as South Africa and The Czech Republic. She has won numerous awards for her performance, choreography, creativity, and for her role model and leadership skills. Erica has displayed her projects in several American College Dance Festivals and has attended five American College Dance Festivals as a performer. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Cypress College and Fullerton College, as well as a reoccurring guest choreographer and Master teacher at Huntington Beach Academy of Performing Arts High School, Renaissance Performance High School, and Cabrillo High School. Erica has danced for several companies throughout Los Angeles, and she holds her B.A, in World Arts, Culture and Dance from the University of California Los Angeles as well as an Associate's of Art from Los Angeles City College. She, in addition, attained her teaching credential in 2012.

She is known for her work on Hostiles (2017), Mighty Med (2013) and Hollywood Confidential (2008).
