He played college football at Utah, and has played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots, and Miami Dolphins.

Rowe attended Doerre Intermediate in Spring, Texas, and Klein High School in Klein, Texas.

During his high school football career, he had 207 tackles and nine interceptions.
