Christian Schoyen is a futurist and world class headhunter, 2nd generation. Christian is the founder/CEO of the successful global triple impact headhunting company ESR (founded in 1997). His passion is to find the best possible talent for his clients with a belief that every recruitment can be successful with the right profile specification and research strategy. His background includes over 20 years of retaining over 3,500 executives and building winning teams for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. For board of directors, he also assists as a facilitator to help drive the management team forward according to the strategy set. Christian's philosophy is that with the right people a company will thrive. The same goes for a community, city or state. His mission is to change the world by headhunting the diamonds that makes the world progress (the high achievers who has be tracked down and individually approached). Christian apply his skillset in human behavior and recruitment as a Futurist with speciality in human capital and recruitment trends. His territory is global, working out of Los Angeles, New York, London and Scandinavia. Christian's board appointments includes;; Chairman of the Board of Directors for ESR, Creating Legends (ESR Media) and the national non-profit 501 (c)(3) headhunter organization Neighborhood Rescue of America (ESR's CSR program), which headhunt elite advisory groups for police and local government nationwide to reduce crime in ethnic communities. His blue-print for neighborhood rescue, which is presented in his multi-award winning feature documentary "Vegas Vikings" shows the transformation of the most dangerous neighborhood in Las Vegas, Nevada with a 75% reduction in violent crime.
